All payments made for services on the Platform are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
